Terms & Conditions – PureBreeze Cleaning


1. Bookings & Cancellations • All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or written message. • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee. • No-shows or cancellations on arrival will be charged at full price.

Access to Property:

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the agreed time. If access is not possible and no prior alternative arrangements have been made, the visit may be treated as a missed appointment and may be subject to a call-out fee or full charge.

3. Payments • Payments must be made on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer. • Regular cleaning clients may be invoiced weekly or monthly upon request.

4. Cleaning Products & Equipment • For regular cleaning, clients must provide their own cleaning products and vacuum cleaner unless otherwise arranged. • For deep cleans and end of tenancy cleans, PureBreeze Cleaning provides all necessary cleaning products and equipment.

5. Health & Safety • We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment poses a risk to health and safety (e.g. pest infestations, hoarding, hazardous materials). • Our cleaners are fully DBS-checked and insured.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee • If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange to re-clean the area at no extra cost. • Complaints made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a re-clean.

7. Liability • We are insured for accidental damage. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service. • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage caused by faulty appliances/surfaces.

8. Pets • Please inform us in advance if there are pets on the premises. 

9. Key Holding • If you choose to provide a key, it will be securely stored and coded for privacy. • We accept no responsibility for lost keys unless caused by our negligence.
